I spent my corporate career as a Process Analyst studying systems and people to increase workflow and efficiency for over 23 locations. Ultimately, I became a Subject Matter Expert for one of the worlds most known shipping companies, where I traveled from coast to coast as well as Canada to lay down the foundation of systems for new and improved processes.
